One way to create an extremely catchy and memorable song is to repeat the same line in the chorus over and over again. This gives the listener less to remember, and it makes them more likely to be able to remember the title of the song since they've heard it multiple times by the end of the song!
See examples below!
The Beatles:
"I Want To Hold Your Hand"
Oh yeah, I'll tell you something
I think you'll understand
When I'll say that something
I wanna hold your hand
I wanna hold your hand
I wanna hold your hand
John Mayer:
"Say"
Say what you need to say
Say what you need to say
Say what you need to say
Say what you need to say
Say what you need to say
Say what you need to say
Say what you need to say
Say what you need to say
Daft Punk:
"Around the World" (The entire song is one line repeated!)
Around the world, around the world
Around the world, around the world
Around the world, around the world
Around the world, around the world
